| Obverse description | The obverse presents an elaborately sculpted celestial scene in high relief with antique finish. At centre, a majestic gilded angel figure stands facing forward with outstretched wings, flanked by two additional gilded winged angels in flight. Behind them rises a grand Gothic architectural portal adorned with ornate columns and stairways set among clouds, evoking the gates of Heaven. Above the portal, an all-seeing eye within a radiant triangle surmounts the composition. The Samoan coat of arms appears in a circular cartouche at centre, surrounded by the legend SAMOA 2026 and the inscription FAAVAE I LE ATUA SAMOA, with the denomination and fineness 5 oz $10 Ag 999 below. |
