| Reverse description | A centrally placed rice plant in full ear rises from a stylised root formation at the base of the field, its long leaves spreading outward and upward in a naturalistic arrangement, flanked on either side by drooping rice-laden sprays curving toward the lower field. The denomination 10 SU is inscribed in bold numerals and lettering across the mid-field, with the legend VIỆT-NAM arching along the upper rim and the word ESSAI placed discreetly in the lower field. The entire design is contained within a serrated inner border, characteristic of Monnaie de Paris essai productions. |
