| Obverse description | Against a darkened, mirror-polished field, the state emblem of the Kyrgyz Republic is depicted in the upper central area, rendered in relief and showing a rising sun over mountain peaks above a lake, framed by wheat stalks and surmounted by a stylised eagle. Encircling the field along the upper periphery is a bilingual legend in Kyrgyz and Russian reading ЧЫҢГЫЗ АЙТМАТОВДУН ЧЫГАРМАСЫ and ПРОИЗВЕДЕНИЕ ЧИНГИЗА АЙТМАТОВА. In the lower half of the field, the facsimile signature of author Chingiz Aitmatov appears in cursive script, with the abbreviated attribution Ч. АЙТМАТОВ and the date 2009 at the bottom. |

| Reverse description | The reverse presents an elaborate narrative scene emerging from an open book occupying the lower portion of the field, evoking the literary world of Aitmatov's novella. A young boy, rendered in fine relief, reclines on the left gazing through binoculars toward the horizon, where a white steamship is visible on a lake in the middle distance beneath a broad sky with soaring birds. To the right stands a stag amid rocks and vegetation. The silver hallmark Ag 925/28,28 appears in the lower left of the book's pages. Along the upper border runs the bilingual title legend АК КЕМЕ and БЕЛЫЙ ПАРОХОД, separated by an ornamental device, and the denomination 10 СОМ is inscribed in bold characters at the foot of the coin. |
