| Reverse description | The National Coat of Arms of the Kyrgyz Republic is depicted at center within a circular cartouche, showing a white-headed eagle (ak-karakush) with spread wings before a rising sun over snow-capped mountains. The coat of arms is set against an elaborately engraved background of traditional Kyrgyz ornamental motifs (shirdak patterns), composed of interlocking curvilinear scrollwork covering the entire field and symbolizing the nation's aspiration toward prosperity, peace, and unity. The left portion of the ornamental field is rendered in deeper relief with a frosted finish contrasting against the polished right portion. The year of issue 2016 appears in the lower exergue, and the Cyrillic legend naming the issuing state is inscribed around the coat of arms. |
