Obverse description Black intaglio print on paper. At left, a vignette of an allegorical seated woman reclining against classical elements. The issuer's title arches across the upper portion in bold ornate lettering, with the denomination numeral '20' enclosed within a lathe-work rosette at upper right. The promise-to-pay text and date appear in script across the centre, with two manuscript signatures below identifying the Director and the Presidente.
