Reverse description Central vignette of a bearded river-god mask, representing the spirit of the River Blackwater, set within a decorative rectangular frame; the face is rendered in red-orange intaglio with flowing hair and beard, surmounted by a crown of reeds and waterfowl motifs. The composition is enclosed within an elaborate scalloped border of interlocking guilloche and Celtic knotwork ornaments in red-orange against a pale green underprint. The reverse carries no inscriptions.
