| Obverse description | Armoured bust of Grand Master Fra' Emmanuel de Rohan facing right, wearing a elaborately decorated pauldron and gorget, with a flowing powdered wig rendered in fine detail. The effigy is executed in a confident late Baroque portrait style with strong relief. The circular Latin legend runs along the inner border of the coin, separated from the bust by an open field. A toothed or beaded border frames the entire obverse. |
