Reverse description Central device consists of the twelve-pointed sun emblem of the Republic of China, featuring a circular central disc surrounded by twelve pointed rays extending outward, all struck in low relief. A beaded border ring encircles the sun motif, with a small five-pointed star appearing at the top of the coin above the beaded circle. The field is otherwise plain, with no additional legend or inscription. The overall design closely follows the Nationalist party (Kuomintang) solar emblem standard adopted for Republican-era coinage. The antimony metal imparts a dull, pewter-like surface texture to the relief elements.
