| Reverse description | The reverse is printed in black and features an elaborate woodcut-style vignette of dense tropical foliage, birds, and decorative scrollwork filling the entire field. At the centre, a plain rectangular panel contains an Indonesian-language text stating that this temporary legal tender will be exchanged for currency of the Republic of Indonesia, Propinsi Sumatera, upon receipt of authorisation from the Governor of Prop. Sumatera dated 9-1-1948 No. 42111 D.K.O., and is accepted by Perwakilan Bank Negara Indonesia and all state treasuries in the Keresidenan Lampung. The large numeral 10 appears above the text panel. |
