| Obverse description | Central design features a traditional Nepali square cartouche divided into quadrants, each containing elements of the royal name and titles of King Birendra Bir Bikram Shah Dev in Devanagari script. The cartouche is framed by an ornate border with stylised decorative motifs at the corners. The Nepali year 2051 appears in the lower portion of the design. A beaded border encircles the entire obverse, with the royal epithet श्री श्री श्री ५ inscribed along the upper arc above the cartouche. |

| Reverse description | Central device depicts the emblem of the International Labour Organization (ILO), consisting of the numeral '10' enclosed within a laurel wreath and surmounted by gear-wheel motifs, rendered in relief against the field. The legend NEPAL appears along the upper arc in Latin script, accompanied by the Devanagari inscription नेपाल to its left. The denomination रू १० and Rs 10 is inscribed in the middle field flanking the emblem. Below, the commemorative inscription 75TH ANNIVERSARY and the date range 1919–1994 are arranged in two lines across the lower field. A beaded border frames the entire reverse. |
