Obverse description	Provisional issue overprinted on a Reserve Bank of India 10 Rupees note, with the central vignette of a dhow under sail on open waters, framed by guilloche borders. The heading 'RESERVE BANK OF INDIA' appears at the top centre, with denomination numerals '10' at upper left and right corners; the lower margin reads 'RUPEES TEN' at left and 'TEN RUPEES' at right. An oval underprint vignette with an elephant seal appears at bottom centre, the left panel carries multilingual value inscriptions in several Indian scripts, and a blank oval panel at right bears the Arabic overprint 'Hakumat-i-Pakistan' (Government of Pakistan) in lieu of the original signature.
