Obverse description At center, the double-headed eagle emblem of the Bank of Russia after the design of Ivan Bilibin, displayed with wings spread. Below the eagle, metallic inscriptions indicate the metal symbol (Pd), fineness (999), mint mark (лмд), and fine metal content (15.55). A beaded inner circle frames the central device, with the denomination and date legend «10 РУБЛЕЙ 1993 г.» arching along the upper rim and the issuer's name «БАНК РОССИИ» along the lower rim.
