| Obverse description | An Imperial Russian State Credit Note of the 1909 series, revalidated for circulation in the Northern Region by means of a cancellation perforation applied by the Provisional Government. The Imperial double-headed eagle coat of arms occupies the upper centre, flanked by symmetrical ornamental vignettes incorporating floral garlands and numeral medallions bearing '10' at left and right.
