| Obverse description | The brass ring frames a copper-nickel centre bearing the face value «10 РУБЛЕЙ» in bold numerals at centre, with the zero incorporating a latent image security feature displaying alternately the numeral «10» and the abbreviation «РУБ» when the viewing angle is changed. The mint mark of the Moscow Mint (ММД) appears in the lower portion of the inner disc. The upper arc of the ring carries the legend «БАНК РОССИИ», while the lower arc bears the year of issue «2005», flanked left and right by stylised plant sprigs that extend inward onto the disc. |
