| Reverse description | The reverse is printed in red-brown on a light ground and carries a central cartouche inscribed with the issuing authority's title above a rectangular panel bearing the order denomination text. Two circular denomination roundels bearing the numeral '10' flank the central cartouche at left and right, and the entire composition is enclosed within a fine guilloche border with repeating ornamental cornerpieces. A block of authorising text in small Cyrillic script fills the lower portion of the central panel, setting out the conditions of the order. |

The Organisation of State Agricultural Warehouses was not a bank and had no formal mandate to issue currency — yet in 1919, with the Russian Far East fragmenting under White Army administration, Kolchak's collapse, and Japanese intervention forces occupying the region simultaneously, even agricultural supply depots found themselves improvising scrip to keep transactions moving. Nikolsk-Ussuriisk sat at a strategically critical rail junction on the Chinese Eastern Railway corridor, which made it both economically active and institutionally chaotic.
Pick S1234 is among the more obscure Far Eastern provisional issues, and surviving examples in any condition are genuinely uncommon. The issuing body dissolved well before any redemption was organized.
