| Obverse description | Central field features the large numeral '10' within an ornate decorative cartouche with scrollwork and floral motifs. The circular legend 'ОСТРОВ ШПИЦБЕРГЕН' runs along the upper periphery, with 'РАЗМЕННЫЙ ЗНАК' inscribed horizontally across the upper central area. The date '2014' appears in the lower exergue, and the mint mark 'СПМД' along with the fineness mark 'Ag-925' are struck in small characters at the base of the central cartouche. The overall design is executed in proof finish with frosted relief against a mirror field. |
