The central text field, hand-completed in Cyrillic script, bears the issuing authority 'Хабаровское Отделение Государственнаго Банка' (Khabarovsk Branch of the State Bank), the denomination '10 Roubles', and a hand-written date of 20 February 1918. The document carries two manuscript signatures at the lower right and an account number at the lower left. |
