Obverse description Central field features the State Coat of Arms of the Republic of Belarus rendered in relief within a circular wax-seal style border, evoking an official stamp or signet. The arms depict a sun rising over a globe flanked by wheat sheaves, with a clover blossom and flax flower, surmounted by a red star, all set against radiating lines. The legend РЭСПУБЛІКА БЕЛАРУСЬ arcs along the upper periphery of the coin, while the year 2019, the fineness designation Ag925, and the denomination 10 РУБЛЁЎ appear in the lower field. The overall design employs a frosted proof finish with a deeply mirrored background field.

Additional information

The justice system of Soviet Belarus was formally reorganized in 1919, placing courts and prosecutorial functions under centralized Bolshevik control — a structure that persisted, with modifications, through the entire Soviet period. The centennial this coin marks is therefore as much about institutional continuity as it is about founding. Belarus has issued commemoratives on similar judicial themes before, and this piece fits into a broader National Bank program honoring state institutions that accelerated sharply in the 2010s.

KM#650 is part of the 16.81g silver series that the National Bank used extensively for single-year commemorative runs with limited collector distribution outside domestic channels.
