| Obverse description | The note is printed in red-brown on a fine guilloche underprint. The central panel bears the denomination ДЕСЯТЬ РУБЛЕЙ (Ten Roubles) in large Cyrillic text above a text block stating exchangeability for state bank notes. Two circular vignettes flank the centre, each containing a double-headed eagle within an ornate wreath, set between stylised torch motifs. The upper border carries the full issuer inscription in Cyrillic, series numbers appear at lower left and right, and the date 1918 is set within a decorative cartouche at the bottom centre. |

| Reverse description | The reverse is printed in red-brown with an elaborate guilloche border of interlocking circular chain patterns. A large central medallion carries the Siberian coat of arms — a sable with a bow — surrounded by a wreath and circular denomination inscription. A rectangular panel at the left displays the numeral 10 over РУБЛЕЙ in large print. Three text blocks at the right contain the legal and redemption conditions in small Cyrillic script. Denomination numerals 10 repeat radially around the central medallion as additional design elements. |
