Obverse description Pink-orange guilloche underprint with black letterpress text in Cyrillic script. The upper portion carries the heading of the Erivan Branch of the State Bank and the special current account of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, with series and number designation and denomination of 10 Roubles at right. Dated Erivan, August 1919, with a bearer clause in cursive script and two manuscript signature lines for the Minister-Chairman and the Manager of the Ministry of Finance at lower centre, beneath which a mandatory circulation notice appears.

Reverse description Plain off-white paper with black letterpress text in Cyrillic script arranged in three sections. The upper portion contains the acceptance clause of the Erivan Branch of the State Bank, stating the cheque is payable from 15 November 1919. Below, three manuscript signature lines are provided for the Manager of the Erivan Branch of the State Bank, the Controller, and the Cashier respectively, each accompanied by a handwritten signature.
