| Reverse description | A facing portrait of Tun Abdul Razak, second Prime Minister of Malaysia, occupies the central medallion, depicted wearing his trademark songkok and spectacles. Radiating outward from the central portrait are fourteen stylised flag panels representing the states of Malaysia and the federal territories, arranged in a sunburst pattern that fills the entire field.
