Obverse description	Vignette of the Banteay Srei temple tower at right, rendered in intaglio against a multicolour guilloche underprint in pink and violet tones. A decorative panel at centre carries the denomination numeral in Khmer script, framed by ornate scrollwork, with two signature lines below. The note title in Khmer characters runs along the top, and the denomination numeral 10 appears in each lower corner within a bordered frame.

The issuer name BANQUE NATIONALE DU CAMBODGE appears in Roman letters above the building, with the denomination DIX RIELS at lower centre flanked by the numeral 10 at left and its mirror at right, and the Khmer equivalent inscription at lower right.
