| Obverse description | Uniformed bust of Naser al-Din Shah Qajar facing slightly left, wearing the distinctive tall Qajar lambskin kolah (crown hat) and a decorated military tunic with buttons visible at center. The portrait is set within a beaded inner border, surrounded by a broad outer band bearing the full royal titulature in Arabic script in flowing Naskh style, running continuously around the circumference. The effigy displays the Shah's characteristic mustache and beard, rendered in fine relief with naturalistic detail. |
