Reverse description Central intaglio architectural vignette of a neoclassical building — the Bank of Ireland (formerly the Irish Houses of Parliament) on College Green, Dublin — rendered in fine line engraving with Ionic columns, an arched triumphal gateway surmounted by a sculptural group, and flanking colonnades. The vignette is set within an ornate cartouche of scrollwork and guilloche lacework, with bold £10 denomination numerals in cursive script at left and right within elaborately engraved circular panels.
