| Obverse description | Fourth official effigy of Queen Elizabeth II as executed by Ian Rank-Broadley, depicting the mature, diademed and draped right-facing bust of the monarch in high relief against a mirror-polished field. The Queen wears a tiara and a pearl drop earring, rendered with exceptional sculptural detail characteristic of the Rank-Broadley portrait. The engraver's initials 'IRB' appear below the truncation.
