Obverse description The crowned royal arms of Libya within an ornate oval cartouche at left, rendered in fine intaglio engraving. Arabic text of the Bank of Libya title and denomination inscription occupies the upper and central areas, flanked by a palm tree vignette at right and wheat sheaves with botanical motifs at lower centre. Intricate guilloche border patterns frame the entire design, with the denomination numeral '10' printed in outline at right.
