Obverse description Beaded inner border encircling a full-length figure of a craftsman — identifiable as a carpenter or cabinetmaker — standing at a workbench and actively planing a timber plank, rendered in bold relief against a striated background suggestive of a workshop setting. The legend STADT is inscribed to the left of the figure and ZWIESEL to the right, flanking the central design. The date 1920, flanked by two raised dots, appears in the lower exergual area beneath the workbench, completing the composition.
