Obverse description Pink-tinted notgeld issued on 1 March 1920, with a guilloche-patterned border in dark brown enclosing the central design. The denomination numeral '10' appears in each corner, while the centre carries a large ornate cartouche with the words 'Zehn Pfennig' in Gothic script flanked by elaborate rosette vignettes. Above the cartouche, the issuer's name 'W. Limberg & Co. Glashüttenwerke Gifhorn' is set in bold blackletter, with the serial number printed to the upper left. A three-line redemption clause in German appears at the foot, above the date 'Gifhorn, 1. März 1920' and two manuscript signatures on behalf of the firm.

A large central panoramic vignette presents a bird's-eye view of the W. Limberg & Co. glassworks complex at Gifhorn, with multiple factory buildings, smoking chimney stacks, and surrounding grounds rendered in fine letterpress engraving. The firm name 'W. Limberg & Co.' arches across the top in ornate Gothic script, while 'Gifhorn, Prov. Hannover' is inscribed in matching blackletter along the lower margin.
