Obverse description The obverse features the municipal coat of arms of Scheinfeld at center, a quartered shield displaying a Franconian eagle on the left half and a crenellated tower on the right half, supported by decorative scrollwork and foliate mantling. The circumferential legend reads STADT SCHEINFELD, arranged along the upper periphery in raised Latin letters. The date 1921 appears in the lower field, flanked by two small five-pointed stars. The entire design is contained within a raised beaded border.

Reverse description The reverse presents the bold numeral 10 in large raised relief at the center of an otherwise plain field, denoting the face value of ten Pfennig. No additional legend, denomination unit, or decorative element accompanies the numeral. The design is framed by a continuous raised beaded border running along the inner rim, consistent in style with the obverse treatment. The stark, utilitarian composition is characteristic of German Notgeld coinage of the early Weimar period.
