| Reverse description | Octagonal reverse with a continuous pearl border following the periphery. An inner twisted rope or beaded circle encloses the central field bearing the large numeral '10'. The circular legend 'KLEINGELDERSATZMARKE' runs along the upper arc between the pearl rim and the inner circle, identifying the piece as a small-change substitute token. Three five-pointed stars are evenly spaced along the lower arc of the border area, serving as decorative separators. The plain field and purely typographic composition are characteristic of utilitarian German notgeld issues. |
