Obverse description Plain field bearing two lines of raised Latin lettering in the center: the issuer name W. WAGNER across the upper portion of the field, with HIRSCHFELD inscribed in a curved legend along the lower portion following the contour of the coin. The entire design is enclosed within a continuous beaded border running along the inner rim, with no additional decorative elements present. The utilitarian style is characteristic of German private notgeld emergency coinage of the early 1920s.

Reverse description Plain field dominated by the large, boldly raised numeral 10 centered in the field, denoting the denomination of ten Pfennige. The numeral occupies the majority of the available field space and is rendered in a plain sans-serif style consistent with functional emergency coinage. A continuous beaded border encircles the inner rim, framing the design. No additional legends, symbols, or decorative elements appear on this face.
