| Reverse description | The reverse repeats the same typographic layout as the obverse: a continuous outer pearl border surrounds the rim, and the circular legend DRAHTWERKE GLEIWITZ appears above while WERTMARKE, flanked by two five-pointed stars, runs along the lower arc. An inner ring of pearls encloses the central field bearing the large raised numeral 10. The design is essentially identical to the obverse, consistent with the utilitarian character of privately issued German emergency tokens of the World War I era. |
