| Obverse description | The obverse features a continuous peripheral legend reading MECHANISCHE SEILERWARENFABRIK encircling the upper portion of the field, with FÜSSEN and a small five-pointed star at the base, all contained within a raised pearl border. The denomination numeral 10 is prominently struck in the central field in large raised characters, integrating with the surrounding legend to form a unified typographic composition characteristic of German notgeld issues. |

| Additional information |
Füssen's rope and cordage factory issued this zinc notgeld token during the material shortages that followed World War I, when the collapse of German small-change circulation forced hundreds of private firms to produce their own emergency currency. Factory-issued scrip of this type was redeemable only at the issuing company, functioning in practice as a wage token tightly bound to a single employer's store or canteen.
