Obverse description Uniformly spaced pearl border encircles the entire coin. The issuer's name GEBR. MÜLLENSIEFEN curves along the upper portion of the legend in large raised letters. The central field contains a four-line inscription reading G.m.b.H. / GLASFAB. / CRENGELDANZ / i.W., identifying the firm as a limited liability glass manufacturer located in Crengeldanz in Westphalia. The overall design is plain and utilitarian, typical of German industrial notgeld issues of the early 1920s.

Reverse description A continuous pearl border runs along the inner rim. The denomination numeral 10 is rendered in large, bold raised figures dominating the entire central field, with no additional inscription or ornament. The field is otherwise plain, consistent with the austere functional style of German emergency coinage of the Weimar inflation period.
