Obverse description	Green letterpress-printed notgeld on white paper with a decorative guilloche border incorporating corner rosettes and the denomination '10 PFG.' repeated in each corner. The upper portion carries a three-line issuer inscription in bold gothic type, followed by the legend 'Gutschein über' in a cursive display typeface, with the large central numeral '10' flanked by the word 'PFENNIG' on either side within an ornamental band. A manuscript signature appears at lower left above a printed serial number, with a cautionary note at the foot stating that notes missing their number in whole or in part will not be redeemed.
Obverse lettering	BADISCHE ANILIN- & SODA-FABRIK AMMONIAKWERK MERSEBURG LEUNA-WERK KREIS MERSEBURG Gutschein über PFENNIG 10 PFENNIG i.V. Scheine, bei denen die Nummer ganz oder teilweise fehlt, werden nicht eingelöst 10 PFG.
Reverse description	Plain white reverse printed in green letterpress with a simple guilloche frame and the denomination '10 PFG.' in each corner, enclosing a block of German text setting out the conditions of validity: the voucher is valid only within the Ammoniakwerk Merseburg and must be redeemed at the works cashier offices within one month of a posted notice of redemption. A faint serial number impression is visible at the lower centre from the obverse printing.
