| Reverse description | The reverse, printed in dark brown on the same rose-pink ground, is divided into two registers: the left half carries a detailed line-art vignette of Lobenstein castle ruin rising above a wooded hillside with town buildings below, signed 'Orlishausen, 19.' in the upper corner. The right half is occupied by a regional folk verse in large Fraktur script. Denomination panels reading '10 Pfg.' and 'Reuss' appear at all four corners within ruled cartouches, with 'Gutschein der Stadt Lobenstein' inscribed along the top and bottom borders; the printer's imprint 'Gebr. Parcus, München' is lettered below the lower border. |
