| Obverse description | Brown-ochre notgeld on plain paper with a decorative ruled border framing the entire note. A central oval cartouche carries a Low German rhyming couplet in Gothic script at the top, below which a horizontal panel in bold letterpress bears the denomination numeral '10' at each end flanking the legend 'PFENNIG'.
