| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in dark blue, orange, and grey on cream paper, with a sunburst underprint radiating from centre. A circular seal of the Gemeinde Schwarzburg i.Th., bearing an anchor motif, is positioned at the left. The denomination '10 Pfennig' appears in large letterpress numerals and script at the right, flanked by the large gothic word 'Gutschein über' in the centre. The upper banner carries the place names 'Schwarzatal' and 'Thüringen' flanking the bold title 'Schwarzburg'. A redemption notice in gothic script states validity at the local Gemeindekasse until end of 1922, with a serial number and date 'Schwarzburg i. Schwarzatal, d. 1. Mai 1921' at the foot, above the facsimile signature of the Gemeindevorstand. |
