Obverse description The central vignette, executed in a bold Art Nouveau style, presents two crossed hunting horns set against a blue ground, each embellished with antler and lyre motifs rendered in ochre and black line engraving. Elaborate floral and foliate pilasters in orange and black frame the left and right margins, each surmounted by the denomination numeral '10' above the abbreviation 'Pf.' in orange. The lower panel bears the validity clause and issuance text in Gothic script, flanked by two small landscape vignettes in blue; the designer credit 'HEINZ' appears at lower left and 'SCHIESTL' at lower right.

Reverse description The central vignette presents a detailed landscape view of the Webeschule (Weaving School) in Forst i/L., a large Neoclassical building with a prominent pitched roof set amid mature trees and garden grounds, rendered in fine black line engraving on a pale ground with a blue horizontal underprint at the base. Shield-shaped denomination cartouches bearing '10 Pf.' in white on black appear at left and right, flanked by dark pilasters with foliate ornaments. A text panel below the vignette carries a two-line aphoristic inscription in Gothic letterpress, with decorative floral rosettes in the lower corners.
Reverse lettering Die Webeschule in Forst i/L.
