| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in dark brown and green on a tan ground, with a wavy-line underprint filling the upper field. At centre, a bold triangular vignette in dark brown contains the municipal coat of arms of Kevelaer — a divided shield bearing a cross on the dexter and a trefoil on the sinister — flanked by green oak-leaf sprays. The denomination numeral '10' appears in large bold type to the left and right of the vignette, with the issue title and municipal attribution in letterpress along the upper and lower borders; three lines of text below the vignette record the redemption conditions, place, date of 1 June 1921, and carry the Bürgermeister's manuscript signature. |
