Obverse description Dark olive-brown notgeld note with a central ornamental frame enclosing the validity text in Gothic script, flanked by guilloche scrollwork on either side. At the top, the denomination '10 PFENNIG' appears twice flanking a small crown-and-shield vignette of the Hamm civic arms. Below the text block, two manuscript signatures appear above the printed titles 'OBERBURGERMEISTER' and 'BURGERMEISTER', with a red serial number printed across the lower portion of the note.

The issuing authority 'STADT HAMM (WESTF.)' is printed in bold lettering along the lower border.
