Obverse description The Cuban national coat of arms is displayed centrally in the field, featuring a shield divided into three sections: the upper portion depicts a golden key between two rocky promontories and the open sea, the lower-left section bears a blue-and-white striped background, and the lower-right section shows a royal palm tree. The shield is surmounted by a Phrygian cap on a staff and flanked by sprigs of oak on the right and laurel on the left, bound at the base. The encircling legend reads 'REPUBLICA DE CUBA' along the upper periphery, with the denomination '10 PESOS' at the bottom, and the specifications '20G' at the left and 'AG 0.999' at the right of the field.
