| Obverse description | Left-facing truncated bust of Benito Juárez occupies the central field, rendered in low relief with visible coat and collar detail. The circular legend ESTADO L. Y S. DE OAXACA arcs around the upper periphery, flanked by two small five-pointed stars at the lower sides. The date 1915 appears prominently in the lower field below the bust. The coin's border is decorated with a continuous pattern of raised lozenges forming a scalloped inner rim. |
