Obverse description The Cuban national coat of arms occupies the central field, featuring the traditional shield with a golden key, rising sun, and royal palm, flanked by an oak branch and laurel wreath. A curved legend inscribed 'REPUBLICA DE CUBA' arcs along the upper periphery, while the denomination '10 PESOS' appears at the lower rim. The coin's weight and fineness, '20G AG 0.999', are indicated in the lateral fields flanking the arms. The design follows the standard Cuban arms type as engraved by Charles Edward Barber.
