| Obverse description | The obverse is dominated by a large oval vignette at right enclosing a line-engraved architectural view of the Casa de Tucumán (House of Independence), rendered in brown and orange tones over an intricate guilloche underprint in yellow and green. The face value '$10' appears in large numerals at left, with the title legends 'PROVINCIA DE TUCUMAN' and 'BONOS DE CANCELACION DE DEUDAS' across the upper field, and the series designation 'SERIE C' at upper left. Two facsimile signature lines for the Ministro de Economía and the Gobernador are positioned in the central field, with the serial number printed twice at upper right and lower left. |
