| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in blue-grey tones on plain paper, framed by an ornate guilloche border with elaborate corner cartouches and foliate scroll ornamentation. At upper left, the royal coat of arms of Montenegro appears within a decorative vignette, while the denomination numeral '10' is printed in red at upper right. The central field bears a Cyrillic text block with issuing authority text, the denomination legend ДЕСЕТ ПЕРПЕРА in bold letterpress, date of issue, and two manuscript signatures below the printed titles of the President of the Main State Comptroller and the Minister of Finance; a circular official violet stamp is impressed over the centre. |
