Obverse description	The obverse is printed in blue-grey and dark red ink on plain paper, with an elaborate ornamental border composed of interlocking guilloche and foliate scrollwork at the corners and sides. The royal coat of arms of Montenegro appears in the upper left quadrant, while the numeral '10' in red occupies the upper right corner. The central text field, set within a fine guilloche underprint, carries the issuing authority and denomination in Cyrillic script, with the place and date of issue — Cetinje, 25 July 1914 — printed below. Two manuscript signatures appear at the bottom, accompanied by printed title lines for the President of the Main State Control and the Minister of Finance, flanking the serial number prefix and partial number.

Reverse description	The reverse is printed entirely in blue-grey ink, with the four corners each bearing the bold numeral '10'. An intricate guilloche and interlaced ornamental border frames the entire face. At the centre, the issuer's name 'КРАЉЕВИНА ЦРНАГОРА' appears in large Cyrillic capitals above the denomination 'ДЕСЕТ ПЕРПЕРА', followed by text citing the legal basis for issue under the law of 25 July 1914, and a warning against counterfeiting referencing articles 145 and 146 of the criminal code.
