Reverse description The reverse presents a scene evoking the legend of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table. A crowned, robed king — depicted as Arthur enthroned — is shown at the upper centre, flanked by seated knights in medieval attire, their lances or staffs radiating outward from the table in a spoke-like arrangement. A further group of armoured knights bearing shields charged with crosses is depicted in the lower arc, viewed from behind, facing the table. Dominating the centre of the field is a large, stylised letter 'K' in a textured, illuminated-manuscript style, serving as the alphabetical identifier for this entry in the Royal Mint's Great British Coin Hunt A–Z series.
