| Obverse description | The Montenegrin state coat of arms occupies the central field: a displayed double-headed eagle with wings spread, each head facing outward, surmounted by a single princely crown above both heads. The eagle holds a sceptre in its right talon and an orb in its left talon. A shield charged with the lion passant of Montenegro is superimposed on the eagle's breast. The design is contained within a beaded inner border. |
