Obverse description Central device features the Pakistani state emblem in the form of an ornate tughra-style calligraphic monogram, surmounted by a crescent moon and five-pointed star — the national symbols of Pakistan. The legend in Urdu Naskh script reading 'حكومت پاكستان' (Government of Pakistan) curves around the left and right periphery of the scalloped flan, while the corresponding inscription in Bengali script appears at the lower left and right margins. The date in Western Arabic numerals appears at the bottom of the field below the central device.

Reverse description Central field displays the large numeral '10' in bold relief, set within a decorative wreath of stylized oak-like leaves and acorns that encircles the inner field. Above the numeral, the denomination 'دس پیسہ' (Ten Paisa) is inscribed in Urdu Naskh script, while the Bengali equivalent of the denomination appears in smaller characters below the numeral at the base of the wreath. The scalloped edge of the coin follows the contour of the leafy garland, lending the design a harmonious, well-composed appearance.
